ceramic ingots made of feldspathic porcelain or Dicor. No waxing or investing—the tooth is milled in a machine to its final form and contour. Usually has unacceptable margins.

-the strength goes to metal ceramic restorations.

-CAD-CAM or CELAY have the worst marginal fit.

-Dicor is the most translucent, followed by empress, in-ceram, aluminous & metal ceramic.
